Chesapeake Soda Clean to hold anti-fouling demonstration

The event takes place Nov. 3.

The company will prepare a 32-foot boat for soda blasting of the hull to remove failing bottom paint. The goal is to cover the boat in an environmentally friendly manner and soda-blast the bottom.

Chesapeake Soda Clean, Inc. cordially invites you to a one day marine anti-fouling coating removal demonstration in
Palm Beach, FL. on Monday, November 3, 2008 (weather permitting). In conjunction with Blast Masters, Inc. of Palm
Beach, FL., we will prepare a 32' boat for soda blasting of the hull to remove the failing bottom paint. A review of tenting
methods, soda blast media choices, blast equipment and accessories and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be
offered. Our goal will be to tent the boat in an environmentally friendly fashion and soda blast the bottom to remove the
paint ... and share a few "tricks of the trade" along the way!

Of special note, Natrium Products #300 soda blast media will be the featured blast media due to it's unique character,
speed in removing this type of coating, and cost savings to the contractor - not only in reduced media usage, but also in
increased production.

This will be a great networking and learning opportunity for all in attendance. A host of industry professionals have been
invited including Florida based soda blast contractors, product representatives from The Soda Works and Natrium
Products, marine anti-fouling paint manufacturers and trade publications.
